Job Title 1:Digital Planning Director
Location: Beijing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team to provide the strategic advice and digital solution to clients.
2. Ensure the all work professional, in terms of its quality, accuracy, insightfulness and innovation.
3. Build productive relationship with clients and team members.
4. Work with clients and global team to arrive at the best process for managing business
5. New business pitch when required
Requirement:
1. Be able to manage and motivate employees and clients.
2. More than 5 years of digital planning experience, at least 2 years team leading experience.
3. Excellent capability on strategy development and good presentation skill.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as strong selling skills.
5. Proficient in both Chinese and English
Job Title 2 :Digital Planning Manager
Location: Beijing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Helping clients to provide solution proposal of online marketing planning (web instruction, web promote and web activity)
2. Knowledge in campaign analytics, optimization and reporting, digging the demands of clients.
3. Keep and establish the relationship of clients, in charge of realizing the potential and extended demands.
4. Coordinate the information between clients and operational staff, helping to realize the completion of events.
5. Take part in the new business pitch as required
1. 帮助客户提出、策划网络行销(网站建设、网络推广、网络活动)的解决方案;
2. 综合分析客户的产品、竞争对手等各方面的状况信息,不断挖掘客户需求;
3. 保持、建立客户关系,负责客户潜在及延展性需求的实现;

5. 根据需求,参与新生意竞标工作
Requirement:
1. University degree,solid digital planning experience with minimum of 4 years
2. Good command of English and Chinese
3. Good knowledge of iResearch Tracker, iUser Tracker and relevant research tools
4. Excellent experience of online project proposal
5. Good relationship management (Client, colleagues )

Job Title 3 :Digital Account Manager
Location: Beijing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding of business and industry, identifying issues, providing sound marketing direction and solutions;
2. Proven ability to develop business opportunities and achieve success in account growth and revenue generation;
3. Demonstrated strategic or consultative approach to account management;
4. Strong aptitude for building “partner” relationships with clients and colleagues;
5. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization, from project manager to executive, while still introducing elements of fun and humor in the workplace;
6. Must have a passion for the creative development process;
7. Ability to manage several projects at once and with keen attention to details and process;
Requirement:
1. Education/ Experience: BA from an accredited school;
2. 3-5 years of account management and/or management level marketing, a minimum of 1 year of which has been in an agency environment; preferably with a combination of marketing, branding, business process, and tech industry exposure;
3. Good understanding of marketing new media techniques including Internet, Intranet and extranet development, as well as understanding of overall marketing strategy and integrated communications;
4. Strong account management, analytical, and problem solving skills;
5. Proven track record executing complex projects;
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities;
7. Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients;
8. Technical Requirements: Proficiency with Macintosh and PCs;
9. Must be capable of providing guidance and mentorship to more junior staff;
10. Must have sound financial management skills.
